About the Dance
The Time of My Life is a 32-count, 4-wall Mirror Line Dance choreography performed face-to-face, with Dancer 1 starting at 12:00 and Dancer 2 at 6:00.
Each dancer mirrors the other with the opposite foot and opposite turn direction while keeping the same musical phrasing. The dance moves through full turns on the spot, rock steps, kicks, rolling hips, and alternating toe–heel flicks.
The final segment ends with a ¼ turn to the right that takes both partners to the next wall.
